Complete the Skills Matcher Assessment to identify your strengths and areas for development.
In a Word document, write 2-3 paragraphs about 3 strengths and 1 area for development (weakness). Be sure to answer how your strengths add value as a candidate in your chosen field, and describe how you will work to improve upon your area for development.
Close out your paper with a well-written elevator pitch highlighting qualities that will help you stand out as professional in your field.

The leadership and advocacy are sources of anxiety because i defineitely have a lack of understanding of opportunities required to engage this goal.

Here is the assignment information made available to me.
Create a
shell for your e-portfolio and upload the documents created in this class, including
your goal statement, curriculum vitae (CV) or resume, and teaching philosophy.
Attach and upload a screenshot of your Doctoral Committee Page (DCP) page
to your response. Next, identify at least two goals for each of the five
competency domains (counseling and consultation, leadership and advocacy,
research and scholarship, supervision, and teaching) and activities to meet
each goal. Which goals do you expect to be the easiest to attain? Why? Which
goals bring you some level of anxiety? Why?
Two goals from the competency domains include:
1. Counseling and Consultation – Complete requirements for a clinical licensure designation – 1-1-2024
2. Teaching -Obtain a Adjunct Professor position – 7-1-2023
The goals that provide a level of anxiety to me include the leadership and advocacy, and supervision. The leadership and advocacy are sources of anxiety because I defineitely have a lack of understanding of opportunities required to engage this goal. Also, I view the supervision aspect adds anxiety because as a newly licensed counselor, I lack confidence to engage in the supervisory aspects of clinical counseling at my current employment.
